The Vision 520 Park Avenue headline

520 Park Avenue was conceived as a celebration of the best pre-war architecture in New York. Designed in collaboration with Robert A.M. Stern Architects, 520 Park Avenue draws on the resounding success of 15 Central Park West, creating a modern classic for the Upper East Side. Inspired by the private clubs of New York, this iconic masterpiece offers the highest levels of discretion in exclusively full-floor residences with views that stretch to the Hudson Valley.

"How our new building would relate on the skyline to romantic, spire-like towers such as the Pierre and the Sherry-Netherland was uppermost in our minds as we began our work."
Paul Whalen, Partner, Robert A.M. Stern Architects

The Inspiration 520 Park Avenue headline

Robert A.M. Stern Architects found inspiration for 520 Park Avenue from the most distinctive buildings in Manhattan. Inspired by the mansion-like base of the Sherry Netherland, the tall, slender silhouette of The Pierre and the scale and architectural design of 770 Park Avenue, 520 Park has taken the defining details of these iconic buildings and distilled them into a modern masterpiece for Park Avenue.

The Materials 520 Park Avenue headline

The architecture and design teams hand selected the finest materials elevating the standards of luxury living to new heights. The building is clad entirely in limestone from the famed quarry in Bedford, Indiana, a material specifically procured for 15 Central Park West. The lobby’s generous application of Sarrancolin marble, originating from the royal quarries of Louis XII and cascading through the Palace of Versailles, French walnut paneling and custom brass detailing delivers a truly unique and sophisticated experience.
